AIB has today announced its decision to sell and leaseback its Donnybrook House premises in Dublin 4.

The building is no longer suitable for AIB's use in terms of its size and configuration. The property will be leased back to the bank for a period of three
years.

AIB's recent sale and leaseback of premises enables the bank to further grow its business by freeing up capital to fuel lending growth.
